How we measure

For each city we take the cheapest one-way fare in the next 30 days from these departure cities: Berlin, Paris, Madrid, Barcelona, Milan, Rome, Vienna, Warsaw, Krakow, Munich, Hamburg, Lyon. Prices are per person, from airline websites, without bags. A city ranks high if at least one of these cities has a cheap flight to it.

Make it a multi-city trip

A cheap one-way flight is a good start for a trip through 2 or 3 cities. Fly to one cheap city, then on to the next, then home.
